Taichi Training Course is a course offered both to UMB students, staff and the general public. This course will last for 8 weeks, with one hour each week. If you are interested in Taichi, or if you want to improve your body’s balance, strength and flexibility, or just want to have some relaxation and relief of your stress and anxiety, you are welcome to our Taichi Training Course.
