EF 45th Anniversary Celebration Successfully Held

On 23 Jun, 2022, the Faculty of Economics of Matej Bel University successfully held the celebration and the gala of her 45th anniversary. Mr WANG Ji, Minister-counsellor and DHoM of the Chinese Embassy in Slovakia, was invited to attend the celebration.
In the past 45 years, EF has made outstanding accomplishments in the fields of proposing new innovative study programmes and offering highly skilled graduates. EF has especially distinguished herself in international cooperation which enables to offer the studies in English and in French.
"The glory of the university should rest upon the character of the teachers and scholars and not upon their numbers of buildings constructed for their use." This is a quotation from a contemporary Chinese educationalist, Mr. MEI Yiqi, the 10th Principal of Tsinghua University. During the celebration, 11 laureates had receive the Dean’s awards. With these precious predecesors and numerous successors, CIB at UMB believes EF will achieve more, accomplish more, and still go beyond in the years to come, so that all will benefit.
CIB at UMB officially started to run in Sep 2019 on the premises of EF, which facilitates to make the best out of our two partner universities - UMB and Dongbei University of Finance and Economics (DUFE). CIB at UMB is grateful for the full support from EF at UMB.
